Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a calming, restorative environment where individuals and couples can experience meaningful relief from emotional stress, physical tension, and nervous system overwhelm.

 We focus on therapeutic touch that supports mental health treatment plans, eases symptoms related to depression and chronic stress, and helps clients feel grounded, safe and more connected to themselves.


For couples, our intention is to create a space where they can slow down, reconnect, and rebuild emotional closeness through shared relaxation and guided restorative experiences.


We are c ommitted to collaborating with psychiatrist, therapist, and marriage counselors to complement their work with body-based treatments that encourage regulation, clarity and improved well-being -- mentally, emotionally, and physically.

 Our purpose is to support the whole person, encourage meaningful healing, and offer a peaceful space where clients can feel cared for, understood, and renewed --- mentally, emotionally and physically.
